Italian Pork meat, salt, natural flavors, spices, red wine. Sugars: dextrose, sucrose. Preservatives: E 250 (sodium nitrite). Antioxidant: E 301 (sodium ascorbate).

Cooked salami is a typical product of Piedmont and the Langhe region in particular. Obtained by mincing lean meat and fat in the correct proportions, to which cubes of lard, wine, herbs and spices are added. It is then stuffed, tied and cooked in water at low temperature.
It should be consumed at room temperature.
Contains no dairy derivatives, gluten or GMO.

In a dry place at between 0° C and + 4° C.

The salami can weigh from approx. 1.5 to 2.5 kg, but it may also be packed in smaller portions according to customer requirements.

Shelf life
This product is best before 4 months from packing.
