Product type

Pork meat (70% shoulder, 30% bacon), salt, natural flavourings and spices. Sugars: dextrose, sucrose. Preservative: E252 (potassium nitrate). Antioxidant: E300 (ascorbic acid)  Acidity rectifier: E262 (sodium acetate). Colourants: E120 (cochineal), E100 (curcumin).

Made from rather fine grain minced pork meat selected only from quality cuts. Stuffed in small dimension natural casings. Contains no dairy derivatives, gluten or GMO.

The sausage is also produced in long sausage form and with the addition of fennel seeds, parsley, chilli pepper, white wine or truffle (tuber aestivum 8% and truffle flavouring).

In a dry place at between 0° C and + 2° C.

The sausage is sold loose, vacuum or modified atmosphere packed in sizes ranging from 0.5 kg to 3 kg.

Shelf life
The number of days varies depending on the type of packaging: 5 days for the loose product, 8 days for the vacuum packed product and 10 days for the modified atmosphere packed product.
